Introducing the Ardara

Built from a Sears plan house circa 1915-1920, The Ardara is a 2 bedroom house. There is room in the basement to add another bedroom next to the rec room and fully equipped gym/dojo. There are 2 full bathrooms, one on the main floor and the other in the basement. The living room has a study alcove. There is a separate dining room off of the kitchen. The master bedroom and nursery/2nd bedroom are on the main floor. Most plumbing and electrical have been upgraded. Built at 19442 Bob-o-Link Lane (bulldozed the EA house) in Appaloosa Plains.

There are two more rooms in the basement. One contains the chemistry set. The other is empty and would make a great third bedroom.Ā  All of the incense burners you saw in the pictures stay with the house. I hope you like this build. Please recommend. Thank you.

    This is lovely MerryWidow! I wish the exchange wasn’t so screwed up right now. šŸ˜¦ It deserves more use. I hate how you get one tiny window of opportunity for people to see the lot and if the exchange is borked then it might as well b invisible. Boo! I’ve got it dled and recommended!
