Based on a house I saw in “House Hunters International” this is a two bedroom home that focuses on outdoor living. All of the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are indoors, but the bathrooms and the laundry room are outdoors. There is a central courtyard with pool and room to add skill items (includes chess set). There are a few garden plants in the garden in the back.
Your Sim can wake up in the morning a swim across the courtyard to the kitchen to have breakfast. Decorated in red and aqua with rich woods. Built at 477 Sunnyside Blvd the interior architecture of the house follows the look of the original. I took creator’s license with the exterior.
